HOW WAS THE TRAINING DELIVERED?
The scheme is a vocational training placement so the emphasis was on the job learning within a particular role. Screen Yorkshire, ITV Yorkshire, BBC and Skillset came together to offer a range of training roles across television production, radio, multimedia and business support roles. Placements were based at ITV, BBC and independent production companies across the Yorkshire & Humber region.

ELIGIBILITY:
The scheme stipulated the following:
- From a Black, Asian or Minority Ethnic background
- Over the age of 18
- From the Yorkshire & Humber region
- A UK resident or have the right to work or train in the UK
- Interested in gaining hands-on work experience in the media & broadcasting industry
